If you create an account on the Platform:

All property and project information is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not verify or authenticate:

• Ownership or title of any property
• Regulatory approvals, permits, or clearances
• Pricing, valuations, or return on investment claims
• Legal compliance of any project or listing
• Current availability or project completion status

You agree to conduct your own independent due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction. GharHiGhar.com strongly recommends consulting a licensed legal and financial professional before any property-related decision.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person, entity, or real estate professional
